I too am trying to add sanity into my days with things like meal making and attention to housework, which I have a tendency to overlook and than have to play catch-up! No television news! ZIP! IT is not news, anyway. Lots of classical music and a few PBS kid shows. :-) I do easy Yoga with 'Jo' here on Substack. She is in England and does wonderful little 10 minute videos that are very helpful. Today I learned that our voices sound differently when we smile! Love learning something like that after all of these years on the planet!!! :-)
Ooh! I remember that voices sound different when we smile from office training decades ago! I'd forgotten. Thank you for that. Your routine sounds healthy and easy. Keep it up!
